Refund Policy

1. If canceled 14 days prior to the arrival date a full refund will be processed in the next 5-7 working days. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Payment Gateway/Credit/Debit card.
2. For any cancellation or postponement made within 14 days of check-in, 100% of the bill value will be levied.
3. No Show & Early check out shall be charged 100% full amount. 
4. For Health Programs, 50% advance shall be paid for booking confirmation, and the rest 50% shall be paid 14 days before the arrival date.
5. For Luxury Hospitality, 50% advance shall be paid 14 days before the arrival date for the confirmation, and the remaining 50% at the time of arrival.
6. Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of making advance payment.
7. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the entire stay amount will be charged
8. After arrival, in the event of an early check-out resulting in a reduction in the number of nights reserved, 100% of the balance period will be charged
